Milk pudding / Sweet snow ball

Sweet Snow Ball

Milk pudding is rich and easy dessert. It has a silky creamy texture and taste like ice cream in a pudding form. It is made from ingredients that you probably already have in your cupboards. It is basically made with milk, sugar and corn starch. Cooking these 3 ingredients together will result in this exotic dessert with vanilla extract and desiccated coconut as garnish. It is a very simple pudding which can be easily done by beginners.

Notes

Here I have used freshly shredded coconut instead of desiccated coconut. So, if you don't have desiccated coconut, shred the fresh coconut and allow it to dry for 2 to 3 hrs and then use it.
